Come join me on a nice snowshow backcountry overnight trip. If the views are on our side, we should see deep into the Wallowas (NE Oregon) and other snow capped mountains. We will plan for 3 days Sat-Mon), but depending on the group, we can cut short the trip to a more strenuous 2 day adventure. It's a long drive to get there (East of Walla Walla!) Participants should be already skilled in winter camping (let me know your sleeping tenting preference). Pace is easy to moderate as there is no rush. Spend the New Year in the outdoors - and what better way to do so than with a winter snowshoe camping trip and fellow Mountaineers!
