0800 at the trailhead. Directions will be provided.  Exact location of our starting point depends on snow levels on SR 165.

My Goals for this trip are as follows:

1. Be safe.

2. Get a good workout.

3. Make it to the lake.

4. Learn something

My Expectations for trip participants are as follows:

1.  Be prepared.

2.  Be in at least decent physical shape.

3. Participate in group decision-making.

While this snowshoe route is mostly on a road, there are opportunities for off-road travel in the forest to "cut" the road switchbacks and reduce the distance slightly.
