8:00 AM at Issaquah Transit Center
A strenuous snowshoe past frozen icicles through the woods to a snow clad peak. A short drive. Views of Mt. Rainier, Seattle and North Bend if the day is clear. Round trip distance about 10 miles with ~3300 ft of elevation gain. Bring ice axe, showshoes, shovel if you have one, snacks, winter gear. Meet inside the Issaquah Transit Center parking garage on the first floor in the Northeast corner at 8am. Note that students must have completed ice axe training in order to sign up. Email me if you have questions. Drivers will need Discover pass to park at the Trailhead.
