Intermediate Snowshoe - Mazama Ridge (Mount Rainier)

We will meet at the Martin Way park & ride at 6:45 with a definitive departure of 7 am.

Trip summary: We will travel down the Paradise Valley Road to 4^th crossing trail. From there, we will make our way up Mazama Ridge, cross down the ridge to High lakes Trail, travel along High lakes Trail, cross the valley road again, and come up the lower lakes trail back to the parking lot. I will also include alternative routes based on conditions and the ability level of the group. This information will be included in an email a week prior to the trip.

A careful evaluation of avalanche and weather conditions will be finalized the night before the trip. Expectations are that everyone will come prepared to discuss the current avalanche conditions.
