The Ingalls Creek Trail ascends up a fault-line valley, with sediments and metamorphics comprising the south side and the granite Enchantments, with basal views of towering spires including the Nightmare Needles, on the north. We'll go as far as the trail's intersection with the Falls Creek Trail, near a creek that offers access to and views of McClellan Peak's south basin.
