My Goals for the trip are as follows:
1. Be safe.
2. Have fun.
3. Make it to the summit.
4. Learn something.
My Expectations for participants are as follows:
1. You should be at least reasonably fit.
2. You should stay with the group.
3. You should participate in group discussions about snow conditions, travel decisions and turn around time.
4. You should treat everyone on the trip with respect.
5. You should have the gear and clothing to be safe and comfortable on the trip.
My style of leadership is:
1. I have a flexible leadership style. In general it's pretty low key. Depending on conditions, you may find me in the rear of the group.
2. In general I favor collaboration and doing things as a group. Where necessary I will make decisions for the group.
3. I am a big believer in Leave No Trace.
