This is a volunteer appreciation climb for volunteers of Foothills Climbing. Participants must meet the following requirements
- Volunteered at a minimum of 1 basic course field trips for Foothills
- Volunteered at a minimum of 1 basic lectures/practices for Foothills
- Volunteered at least 80 hours between January and June 2023 with Foothills Climbing.
- Completed Winter Mountaineering & Advanced Crevasse Rescue (through 2-person rescue scenarios) preferred
- Be confident on 3rd and 4th class scrambling
- Be physically fit - enough for up to 8 days of climbing with heavy packs
If you do not meet these requirements, your request will be ignored.
