Prusik Peak/West Ridge

Intermediate Alpine Climb - Prusik Peak/West Ridge

We'll roll the dice with late-May weather, and see if it's kind enough to provide enough blue sky to allow us to attempt Prusik Peak via the west ridge well before permit-season.

65th St P&R early Saturday morning.  This  will be discussed in a planning email closer to the trip.

We'll solidify plans when the date gets closer, and monitor conditions & weather reports closely before making a go/no-go call.  Ideally we'll camp for two nights in the Core Enchantments, summiting Prusik on the day in between.

Update:  This trip was cancelled because the weather forecast for the weekend keeps changing.  The odds of rain are too high, and lightning is even a possibility, so we're not even going to go up there.
