If we have climbed together, or otherwise worked together in a course, you have permission to register yourself for this climb.  If we have not climbed together, please send a note explaining how you know you will be prepared for this climb to obtain leader's permission.

  • Mountain boots that can accept crampons (not hiking boots)
  • Crampons
  • Technical ice tools, or a 1+1 setup
  • Belay device
  • Climbing harness
  • Helmet
  • A back pack (40 to 60 liters)
  • Sufficient clothing
  • Gloves
  • 2 pickets
  • Your share of rope and/or additional necessary protection, such as ice screws, and as sorted out by participants prior to this trip
