Each person will be swapping leads with their climbing partner.

This is a late season climb of Observation Rock so that means its probably steep hard ice for 3 full pitches of front pointing.  Its not the easy snow walk up half way or more when most people do it early season.  Make sure you are in shape for multiple long pitches of front pointing (i.e. workout your calves for this one).
