Intermediate Alpine Climb - Mount Rainier/Tahoma Glacier

Strenuous carryover on a less-travelled route on Rainier.

  • Intermediate Mountaineering Climb
  • Challenging
  • Elevation Gain: 11,000 ft
  • High Point Elevation: 14,411 ft
  • Pace: moderate

Newcastle P&R, 6 am.

Prefer climbers who have summited Rainier before by some route.  Will consider climbers who have glacier experience and have summited another 14K peak (e.g. Shasta).

This is a THREE day climb, but I have listed 4 days so we can pick the best weather window.
