Start from Paradise, bivy on the rocks at the western edge of Wilson at around 9200-9400, early start, descent via Ingraham Direct assuming it is passable, or an alternative route otherwise. You must be in excellent shape to carry overnight gear over the summit, and given uncertainty over the route/conditions in early season, I would strongly prefer that you completed all ice/overnight field trips.
