Leader's permission to review backcountry ski touring experience, previous climbing experience, and fitness with participants individually before joining the team.  Participants must have recently completed Intermediate ice instruction (past year or two), and have prior backcountry ski touring experience; the expectation is the group will move efficiently, and everyone will need to be in climbing shape.
