0500 start from Alpental parking lot.

Provided the weather patterns hold, we will get an early start and should have great conditions for this climb.

Required Equipment

Bring snowshoes for the approach, a couple of pickets and ice screws each, as well as runners and a couple of pitons if you have them, small rock rack is advisable as well.



Crampons, two ice tools, the whole kit.  

We will want two shovels, a stove, beacons and probes.
