Basic Glacier Climb - Sahale Peak/Quien Sabe Glacier

Basic Glacier climb for Everett BC students done as one day carry over (up Quien Sabe / Down Sahale Arm, conditions dependent)

  • Basic Glacier Climb, Strenuous 3, Technical 2
  • Challenging
  • Elevation Gain: 5,780 ft

TBD

Sign up priority will be given to 2019 Everett BC course students. Climbers from other branches please do not contact the leader until 5/15/2019.

IMPORTANT: Since we are running a new climbing fitness program for  the Everett basic course and are using this climb to judge students fitness after following the program, all students signing up are required to follow the new fitness program.

This is the most strenuous  basic glacier route on Baker and mandates great fitness condition  for a successful attempt.
