Fun way to build endurance and speed - hill repeats! We'll do a ~2 mile easy run warm up, then a series of hill repeats (2 mins up, 2 mins recovery, repeat 3-4 times). The 2 minutes of effort are at your own pace (can walk or run, no pressure!). Cool down and run back to the cars.
Total workout will be 60 - 80 minutes, 5 miles, ~600 ft gain
