  • Mileage: 9.74
  • Elevation Gain: 1,621 ft
  • High Point Elevation: 1,300 ft
  • Pace: 11-14 mpm / 4-5 mph

Meet at 7 am somewhere in Issaquah for meet and greet and shoes on pavement no later than 710.

I will send out exact meeting location and route a couple days prior.

The plan is to run 9-10 miles on Tiger finishing our run at a coffee shop where we'll enjoy a hot cup of coffee and a pastry as well as socialilzing. There will be less than 3 miles on pavement. We'll stop and regroup at all trail intersections.

We will be starting before sunrise, a headlamp or handheld light is highly recommended. You are welcome to use your cellphone flashlight, though it's not that bright and isn't fun to hold your cellphone up while running.

Dogs are welcome with leader permission, please email on such request. Not sure if dogs are allowed in the coffee shop.

It's probably going to be chilly and possibly wet, it might be nice to have a change of warm clothes to change into after the run.
