Time: 6:00pm. Shoes on and ready to run.
This is a dog-friendly run. Co-leader Nataliya's dog Leo will be joining us.
Headlamps required! We'll be cutting it close on this one if we actually have to turn them on, but bring them just in case. (check batteries beforehand)
Starting down by the high school we'll run a half mile warm-up on The Rainier Trail, followed by a quarter mile power hike up the Puget Power Trail to gain the plateau and really get the blood pumping. Once on the plateau we'll be running a clockwise loop around Tradition Lake on, Big Tree Trail, Swamp Trail, W Tiger 3 Trail, Bus Trail, Powerline and High School Trail back down to The Rainier Trail and to our start.
