Leader's notes

Please bring a good headlamp as we will definitely be running in the dark! Everyone is welcome to stick around for food and craft beer after the run.

Gaia route:

Directions: follow Sunset Way to the Sunset Way trailhead. Go up the hill (staying left at the 1st junction) to the power line trail. At the wooden gate head straight on the wide gravel road towards Tradition Lake Plateau. After .3 miles, turn left to pick up the Big Tree trail. From the Big Tree trail, continue easterly to the Swamp Trail. From the Tradition Lake parking lot area, take the Bus trail. At the intersection of the Bus trail and another power line trail, turn left and head southerly towards the junction with the Poo Poo Point and Section Line trails. At that three-way junction, veer right and head downhill towards Issaquah high school. From there, take the Rainier Trail to 2nd Ave. SE. Cross over 2nd Ave. SE and continue on the (now paved) Rainier Trail to the Issaquah Community Center. From the community center, take sidewalks along 1st Ave. SE/Rainier Blvd. back to Front Street/West Sunset Way and Rogue Brewery.
