A morning run through four nearly-contiguous wooded parks - Saint Edwards State Park, Big Finn Hill County Park, the Sue McDonald Preserve, and O. O. Denny City Park. Meet Sylvia, the largest tree in King County. Descend a serpentine banked mountain biking trail; run along a salmon bearing creek. Just three blocks of pavement in each direction.
