Let's meet at 7am near the bathrooms at the parking lot accessed from the main entrance off of NE Novelty Hill Road. If this is your first time coming to the park, please note that there is just a very small sign on Novelty Hill Road noting the turn, so use your GPS and go slowly. It's easy to miss. We'll do introductions quickly and aim to start running at 7:05.
We will run a lollipop loop, clockwise, using the Trillium Trail, the Pipeline Connector Trail, the Pipeline Regional Trail, and then back to the Trillium Trail. It is 4 miles. We'll run together, regrouping at the trail intersections. If we encounter any horses, we'll stop, stand on the downhill side of the trail, and ask the rider(s) how they would like us to pass. Map of the park can be found here: https://www.redmond.gov/DocumentCenter/View/68/Farrel-McWhirter-and-Watershed-Preserve-Trail-PDF
All participants will need to have a face covering. Wherever possible, all group member will maintain the 6 ft minimum social distancing protocol and be ready to pull up face covering over mouth and nose when passing others on the trail and at the trailhead.
