We will meet in at 6:45am in the NW corner of the Discovery Park Visitor Center East Parking Lot.
This is a leashed dog-friendly run with leader's permission, see below for details. There are various bathrooms and water sources on the route.
This will be a choose your own adventure style run, but we will mostly stick to the Loop Trail, South Beach Trail, and North Beach Trail. Depending on how people feel, we will go ~4-6 miles at a 3-4mph pace. Depending on the route, there will be some gentle elevation gain, but no more than 1000ft, unless people choose to go up and down a hill numerous times. We will avoid the beaches proper if dogs are present in our group, but we can still see them. We will stick together throughout the run.
