Frontcountry Trail Run -- Longer but easy paced trail run -- 7.5 miles / 12 kilometers

FWIW: There were some porta-potties at the trailhead during my scouting trip.

Please bring a good headlamp as we will definitely be running in the dark!   Expect some muddy areas on the trail.

Except that currently the "Old Man Trail" is currently closed,  so we will use a bit of the Coyote Creek trail to return to the Sky Country trailhead

Here is a Gaia GPS trace from my scouting run -- I took 1:45 -- expect similar pacing and walking the longer hills when the old, fat leader starts gasping.
