Frontcountry Trail Run - Coal Creek Falls
Mentored trail run. Easy Sunday morning run with a Fall waterfall show and lots of leaves for padding underfoot. These are some of the best highlights. We will run the relatively level Wildside Trail to view fern-laden Far Country Falls, then up the well forested Shy Bear Trail through the marsh, down Quarry Trail for a break at Coal Creek Falls on the return. 5 miles exactly and I plan on about a 13-14 minute pace.
