8:30am at the Chuckanut North trailhead, rain or shine. No parking pass required.

We'll hike/run up to the Cyrus Gates overlook via the Ridge trail, then run down the Rock trail and the Lost Lake trail back to the trailhead. There's about 300 to 600 feet of elevation gain per mile in the first 5 miles to the overlook, and there are some sections of more technical trail on the ridge trail.
