Frontcountry Trail Run - Bridle Trails State Park
Two loops following the inside perimeter of Bridle Trails State Park resulting in 9.3 miles / 15 km distance. Elevation gain is ca 400 feet per loop on non-technical trails. This is a rain or shine event.

- We'll meet at the main parking lot for Bridle Trails State Park. A Discover Pass is needed to park there.
- Ready to go and all geared up by 08:30 AM.
- E-mail with all the details will be sent out at least two days before the event.
- The goal is to run two loops following the inside perimeter of Bridle Trails State park. You can look at https://www.strava.com/activities/2750961958 to familiarize yourself with the route.
- We'll try to keep the 11-12 minutes per mile pace and take a break between each loop so that everyone can readjust and/or resupply.

- Whatever hydration and nutrition you'll personally need for a single loop (resupply in the parking lot).
