Arrive by 5:30pm at the Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park / Jim Whittaker Wilderness Peak Trailhead.

Nice forest hike to the highest point in King County's Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park (no view).  We will hike at a moderate pace (approx. 2 mph).  Our goal is to condition and finish in daylight.  All hikers must be capable of that pace and carry a headlamp just in case.  No pets (except service animals).
