Trip
Day Hike - Mud Mountain Dam Trails
Explore the rim of the White River Canyon on a forested trail to a viewpoint overlooking the canyon, where we have our lunch, before returning by the same route. We have a nice view of a waterfall across the canyon from a park bench at the halfway point both directions. There are nice, clean restrroms with flush toilets at both the meeting place and the trailhead.

There is ample parking at both places, but the option exists to leave some cars at the ranger station. No parking pass is required at either the ranger station or the trailhead parking lot.
