  • Strenuous
  • Challenging
  • Mileage: 4.5 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 2,100 ft
  • Pace: 2.0 mph

4:30 PM Meet at the bottom of Cable Line. High Point Way Exit #20 off of I-90, turn right and then right again on the frontage road.  Cable Line Trail is just before the gate that takes you up to the parking area.  No parking pass required.

Bring a headlamp (and extra batteries) because we'll be ending this hike in the dark.  On the way up, plan to wait at the top for everyone. It's no fun hiking alone in the dark, so we'll descend Tiger #3 together.

If you've never done Cable Line, be warned that this is a steep, muddy, rocky climb that's a great conditioner, but not a hike most people do for the beauty.
