Day Hike - West Tiger Mountain No. 3 Cable Line

A quick and dirty Monday morning conditioning hike to start the week off right! This is a strenuous but short hike with no views to write home about, but you'll get your workout in, for sure.

We will start hiking at 7AM at the Cable Line trailhead which is just outside the gate to the park. For this trip, we'll go straight up and right back down Cable Line, aiming to get up to the top in around an hour to 1hr15min. Round trip, it should take us no more than 2.5-3 hours, so we should be back to our vehicles by 9:30-10AM. 

This is a great conditioner for scramblers and climbers, but anyone who wants to get a good workout, off the stairmaster and into mother nature, is welcome to join. 

This is a challenging hike, meant for those who are looking to get a good sweat! We'll try to make it up to the summit without taking breaks, but we can take a quick snack break at the top before heading back down. Consider bringing poles, especially to help save your knees on the descent.
