9am High School Trailhead: 1047 2nd Ave SE, Issaquah, WA 98027

This hike is part of the Winter Conditioning Hike Series hosted by the Foothills branch. It is not part of a course or program. Like any other open hike, it is open to all Mountaineers members.

Starting off on the High School Trail, we will hike up to the Section Line Trail, and then take that up to the West Tiger Railroad Grade. This trail has a VERY steep 1/2 mile stretch that gains over 800 feet! We will then hike the West Tiger RR Grade briefly to the Seattle View Trail and hike that to the top of West Tiger 2. We will then head over the WT3 and down the WT3 Trail to the Talus Rocks Trail. We will then hike that past a nice waterfall and a garden of massive boulders, and then down the Nook Trail to the Bus Trail and back to the High School Trail.

The hike will be moved up or back a day if the weather is significantly better, so please be flexible.
