8am Chirico Trail/Poo Poo Point trailhead. Meeting early to get parking and beat crowds.
This hike is part of the Winter Conditioning Hike Series hosted by the Foothills branch. It is not part of a course or program. Like any other open hike, it is open to all Mountaineers members.
We will hike up to Poo Poo Point, then up the One View and Poo Top Trails to West Tiger 1, where I know of a new-ish clearcut on the ridge that offers a dramatic view of Seattle, Olympics, Puget Sound, Mt. Baker, Cascades to Mt. Si. We will then hike down to Hiker's Hut viewpoint and on to West Tiger 2, and take the Tiger Mountain Trail back to make a loop.
Expect a 2-2.5 mph pace uphill, 2.5-3 mph flat, 3+ mph downhill
