  • Strenuous
  • Moderate
  • Mileage: 10.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 2,800 ft

9am, High Point Pond TH, High Point Way (Exit 20) 4-way intersection

East Tiger is not visited as much as the other summits, despite it being the highest (3004ft.) with the best view of Mt. Rainier and the south Puget Sound lowlands. East Tiger is more remote and a longer hike than the other Tigers, with a nice view at the top. So if the weather is poor, we'll instead do the West Tiger 1-2-3 loop and save East Tiger for a better day. Either way expect nice quiet forests, raging creeks, and a good amount of elevation gain.
