Day Hike - Wagonwheel Lake & Silver Snag Hill

Olympia Basic Climbing Conditioner. We will be starting at the Bear Gulch washout (due to road closure into Park) for a climb to Wagonwheel Lake. If conditions permit we may continue up to Silver Snag.

At least one carpool will leave the Olympia-Lacey area.  I will provide more details via email during the week before the trip.

This conditioner is intended for Olympia Branch Basic Climbing students only.  Others who have completed either the alpine scrambling or backcountry snowshoe course may sign up after March 5th if the roster is not full.  Come prepared for an early start and a strenuous workout in cold weather conditions.  Microspikes and snowshoes are required for this trip because of deep snow conditions.
