Meet at Mud Bay Park & Ride (Olympia, 98502) at 3:45 pm.  To meet at trailhead instead contact Brent Williams prior to hike to make arrangements.

WARNING:  Strenuous Conditioner Hike

In the spirit of the "Conditioner  Wednesdays" hike series we will continue to encourage participants to hike at a moderate to strenuous pace.  With the idea being conditioning at 60%-80% of maximum heart rate.  If questions on this please contact Brent Williams prior to hike to discuss expectations further.

Prior to hike at we will be double checking at trailhead to confirm you have your headlamp.

Recommended gear to improve odds of reaching Silver Snag Hill and travel through snow includes:  microspikes or crampons, ice axe, helmet & gaiters.
