We will meet at the 65th and Ravenna P&R under I-5 at 7am north of 65th at the far north end of the P&R. We can then at 7:30 AM coordinate with east siders at the Preston P&R on I-90 at exit 22. We will do this coordination by e-mail.

This hike is targeted for Naturalists and the pace will accordingly vary. Umtanum Creek is a very good riparian east side area with good birding, and at this time very nice fall colors. It is listed at WTA.org https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/umtanum-creek-canyon

You will need either a Discover Pass or $5 cash paid at the location.
