Day Hike - Tonga Ridge (winter)

This will be a hike to Tonga Ridge. The fall colors should be spectacular. The berries should be ready to eat.

  • Easy
  • Mileage: 7.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 700 ft
  • Pace: Casual

Monroe Park and Ride 7:00 am. Northwest Forest Pass required at the trailhead.

This will be a slow paced hike to Tonga Ridge. We will stay together as a group, nobody get left behind or hikes on their own. There will be time for pictures, eating blueberries, identifying trees, flowers, mushrooms, or anything else we find interesting. It's not the destination, it's the journey. If you cant hike slow, you may be happier on a different hike.

We can stop for a bite to eat after the hike.
