Tolmie State Park: Join us for a beautiful fall hike in the woods and along the beach at Tolmie State Park, a 105-acre marine park with 1,800 feet of saltwater shoreline on Puget Sound. This forested park is on Nisqually Beach, a few miles from Olympia, From I-5: Take exit #111, and follow signs to the park, approximately five miles. Hike will be a max of about 3 miles with approximately 300 ft of elevation gain. Meet at 10:00am in the lower parking lot. Bring a lunch, something to sit on is nice and be prepared for the weather. Remember the 10 essentials!!
