Independence Day.  I usually get a diverse group of people from all over the world on this hike...

We will be making a loop out of this by ascending to the Thorp Mountain Lookout via Little Joe Lake and returning via the "normal" Thorp Mountain/Lake trail.

In addition to the normal 10 essentials, please be prepared to hike across the occasional patch of snow.  Bring foot traction if you would like.
