Join Raven and me for a 4th of July Loop hike to Thorp Mountain Lookout via Little Joe Lake.

I will be bringing my dog Raven on this hike so please make sure you are comfortable hiking with dogs. 

I did this hike last year on the same date and the wildflowers and views were spectacular.

We will be making a loop out of this by ascending to the Thorp Mountain Lookout via Little Joe Lake and returning via the "normal" Thorp Mountain/Lake trail.

In addition to the normal 10 essentials, please be prepared to hike across the occasional patch of snow.  Bring foot traction if you would like.
