It's wild huckleberry season and this trail has huckleberries PLUS wildflowers PLUS great views PLUS a summit to an old fire lookout. The trail is lined with huckleberry bushes. This will be a leisurely hike with stops for photos, huckleberry picking and eating and wildflower viewing. On a clear day, 4 mountain peaks are visible from the trail and the summit. Northwest Forest Pass required. We will stop at the Randle Ranger Station as a second carpool meeting place.
