Per http://www.wta.org/signpost/finally-suiattle-river-road-to-reopen-fall-2014 we should finally be able to do a BRISK PACED day hike along the suiattle again !!

Must be signed up on the website to come with.

 

 

Pace: Brisk - intending this to be a good leg-stretcher; we'll go at least to the PCT bridge, farther if we get there early.

Keep in mind the trail may be brushy in places and there are known blowdowns on the trail.

Trip Plan: drive the full length of the new Suiattle road, then hike in to and admire the new PCT bridge, great old growth, and of course the Suiattle itself.
