We will meet at the Twin Lakes park & ride in Federal Way  SW 344th St & 21st Ave SW, Federal Way, WA 98023 at 7 am.

Jay and I will be staying the night on Saturday at Salt Creek campground so will not be able to provide a ride to anybody. If everybody is able to coordinate carpool further north (Seattle area) we will plan on just meeting at Salt Creek county park 3506 Camp Hayden Rd, Port Angeles, WA 98363 at 10 am.

This hike is open to all members, but is being reserved for people who have taken the Intro to Hiking in the PNW seminar until Friday 1/14.  We will include extra emphasis on teaching some basic skills such as map reading/staying on trail, gear selection, how to find appropriate hikes, etc so participants should be prepared with warm clothing and rain gear so they will be comfortable with some standing time.
