Experience fall colors hiking through a mixture of deciduous and old growth forest on an easy hike on a good trail to a viewpoint overlooking Snoqualmie Valley, where we have our lunch at a picnic table.

Meet at 10 AM at the trailhead, near the restroom in the parking lot for the Rattlesnake Mountain Trail, south of Snoqualmie Point Park, reached by taking Exit 27 from I-90 eastbound, turning right at the end of the exit and right again just before reaching Snoqualmie Point Park.
Be sure to turn right before reaching Snoqualmie Point Park. In the past some people have mistakenly parked at Snoqualmie Point Park. A Discover Pass must be displayed by each car parked at the trailhead parking lot. There is a restroom at the trailhead, but not on the hiking route.
