8:30 AM at Seminary Parking Lot
Come explore this gem of a state park. Located on the grounds of a former seminary, this hike winds through a beautiful, quiet forest of fern covered ravines down to one of the last remaining undeveloped areas on the shores of Lake Washington. This hike will be about seven miles in length with approximately 1100 feet of elevation gain. We will be meeting at 8:30 a.m. at the seminary parking lot. We will be hiking at a brisk pace, which means being able to travel a minimum of three miles per hour on flat terrain. Please do not register for this hike if you cannot hike at this pace.
