Winter Conditioning Hike hosted by Foothills Branch but open members of all branches! 

Hike up the new eastern portion of the May Valley Loop Trail ad then Phil's Creek Trail. Optional "exploratory" 0.6 mile RT sidetrip up a trail appearing on CalTopo up the SE Peak. Hike up to Central Peak, then on to Bullitt Fireplace. If clear weather, hike up and over West Peak to Debbie's View for view of Mt. Rainier, then to Bullitt Gorge Trail (adds 0.8 miles, 300 feet to trip total). If cloudy weather, hike down from fireplace on the Bullitt Gorge Trail back to the May Valley Loop.

Please be able to hike up to 2.5 mph uphill and 3 mph downhill.
