This is a nice suburban hike on paved path along the Soos Creek.
Soos Creek is an active salmon spawning stream that flows south through cattail marshes, forests, swamps, wet meadows, and willow thickets.
Meet at the Soos Creek trailhead at the maintenance yard and barn at 24810 - 148th Ave. SE, Kent. We will walk North to the Gary Grant Park to have a snack, then walk back
No parking pass is needed.
Approximate walking distance is 8 mi round trip although can be adjusted for group preference, if desired.
Well behaved dogs on leash are welcome.
