Day Hike - Snow & Gem Lakes (Snoqualmie)

A lovely hike to Snow Lake and then to the slightly Further Gem Lakes. This is one of Washington State's most popular hikes!

  • Mileage: 10.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 2,200 ft

Carpool and meeting arrangements will be sent out closer to the date.

This hike was changed to Snow and Gem lakes due to a road closure. It is a popular hike but crowds generally thin out the closer we get to Gem lake.

This will be a dog friendly hike. Dogs must be leashed while hiking and owners are expected to clean up after them. Poop bags are required and must be carried at all times (no leaving on side of the trail to pick up on return). Owners are expected to have extra water and nutrition for both the dog and themselves.

This is a mentored Hike for Kara Hollenbeck. Please contact her with any questions or concerns Kara.Hollenbeck@gmail.com.
