Past the crowds of Snow Lake to Gem Lake. Plan is to take the trail that circles the lake. Possible side trips to Wright Mtn or the shoulder of Roosevelt if time allows).

Expect lots of people on the trail to Snow Lake.

My goals for this trip are:

1. Be safe.

2. Make it to Gem Lake at least, possibly also Wright Mtn or the shoulder of Roosevelt (both are trails).

3. Have fun (type 1).

My expectations for trip participants are:

1. Practice Leave No Trace principles.

2. Be respectful of all participants.

3. Have the necessary physical conditioning for this trip.

4. Have the necessary gear and clothing to be safe and comfortable. Trail is rocky in places and there may be snow patches.
