Meet at 9:30 AM at the Enumclaw Ranger Station at 450 Roosevelt Ave (SR 410) in Enumclaw.
After consolidating cars at the Enumclaw Ranger Station, we will caravan to the trailhead parking lot just west of SR 410, a short distance past Greenwater. Restrooms are at both the meeting place and the trailhead and at two intermediate spots on our driving route. Our easy and frorested hiking route provides protection from the weather. Cars parked at the trailhead must display the Northwest Forest Pass or the equivalent. No parking pass is required at the Enumclaw Ranger Station. We customarily stop at Wapiti Woolies in Greenwater for huckleberry ice cream on the drive back from this hike.
